We were established in 1992 by the amalgamation of two long standing legal firms serving Mid and Upper Nithsdale. In the summer of 2000 we opened our Dumfries office and now cover the whole of the Nithsdale District. The business has been run by David Pollock and Kenneth Mclean both graduates of Edinburgh University who have lived and worked in the area for more than 30 years, ably supported by 3 Paralegals and experienced support staff. In March 2009, David Pollock stood down as Partner in the Firm but remains a full time Consultant concentrating on property. In 2011, the Firm was further expanded with the acquisition of the long established Dumfries Practice of Whitelaw, Edgar & Baldwin and the appointment of Sharon Fyall as Assistant Solicitor and Guy Baldwin as a Consultant.

WHERE WE ARE

While we regularly transact business in all parts of Scotland. Our main focus lies in the county town of Dumfries northwards through the Cairn and Nith Valleys to the Ayrshire Border three miles north of Kirkconnel.
