Pollock & McLean Solicitors & Estate Agents

Pollock & McLean was established in 1992 with the amalgamation of Messrs W&W Forsyth and W M Henderson and was renamed Pollock & McLean. Kenneth McLean lives locally and has been providing legal services to clients in the region for over 48 years.

In 2011 the firm grew with the acquisition of the long established legal firm of Whitelaw, Edgar & Baldwin. In January 2020 the firm expanded further with the joining of Partners Alasdair Bryce, Sharon Fyall and Lynn McMurchie.

Pollock & McLean are delighted to offer a comprehensive range of legal services throughout all three offices.

Where we are

While we regularly transact business in all parts of Scotland, our main focus lies in the county town of Dumfries, northwards through the Cairn and Nith Valleys to the Ayrshire Border, three miles north of Kirkconnel.

What our clients say

“Very helpful and friendly solicitors. The lady my mum and I saw was so good at explaining things to us and definitely put my 88 year old mum at ease. So pleased with the service.”
