Estate Agency & Property – Moving into 2021

As we all begin to manoeuvre our way through the first days and week of the coming into force of the current lockdown measures, and the regulations brought into law by the First Minister of Scotland on Tuesday, everyone will be naturally worried about the impact on this, and Covid-19 generally, on themselves, friends and family.

Not only are we able to continue to meet our clients legal services during this time but we confirm that our Estate Agency and Property services will also continue through the current lockdown measures. Scotland’s new coronavirus regulations, which came into force on 5th January 2021, permits the continuation of these services and ‘moving home or undertaking activities in connection with the maintenance, purchase, sale, letting or rental of residential property that a person owns or is responsible for is considered a reasonable excuse under the regulations’ to the stay at home order.

Last year saw a ‘boom’ in the property market which seems to be continuing into 2021. If you are interested in marketing your property for sale then please do not hesitate to contact our Property Manageress, Anita Haddock to discuss further.
