The Late Sharon Fyall
Sharon Fyall was a Partner at Pollock & McLean from February 2020 until her sudden passing in March 2024. She was, and remains, a valued member of the team. Her contribution, personality and legacy remain a presence in the continued day to day working of the firm.
Sharon was born in Glasgow and educated at Wade Academy (Fife) and Blairgowrie High School (Perthshire). She lived with her husband and three children who kept her busy.
Sharon came to Dumfries to undertake her traineeship in 1998. She had a special interest in residential and commercial property, including agricultural work, Sharon undertook private client work – wills, powers of attorney and executries. Sharon was elected as a Law Society Council Member in 2020, and served on the Council for a period of 3 years until 2023.
